Summit Community Care Clinic provides primary and preventive health care to low income, under-insured people living or working in Summit County at a cost they can afford. Our services include women’s health care, including well-women exams, screening mammograms, pap smears, contraceptive services, diagnosis and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, primary care services, and dental services. Charges are based on a sliding fee scale.
