Rural Development Specialists, LLC is dedicated to working with rural communities throughout the intermountain West to help them achieve their goals and objectives. We work in the areas of economic development, community development, project development and information technology development (broadband deployment). We also help with strategic planning, leadership development, visioning and mission & goals clarification. While our experience has largely been with small, rural units of government, our expertise also lends itself to non-profit organizations as well.
